That is why our rates are tailored to the content, the complexity of the recording, and your specific requirements, ensuring consistency.

Transcription services are available from €1.55 per audio minute. As standard, you receive one revision round and a professionally formatted document in Word or PDF format, with the original layout preserved as much as possible to ensure a polished final delivery. Do you work with fixed terminology or industry-specific vocabulary? We will, of course, take this into account by using a customized glossary tailored specifically to your needs.

Should a project no longer proceed, it may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, only work that has already been completed will be invoiced in accordance with agreed terms.

The cost of subtitling varies depending on the project. Factors such as the number of languages, specialized content, and any additional requirements regarding timing, style, and formatting all play a role. Rates start from €5.55 per video minute and are determined by the complexity of the project and the required turnaround time.

Delivery is provided as an SRT file with time codes, either in the original language or as a translated version. It is also possible to have the subtitles permanently embedded into the video, provided that a high-definition (HD) video file is supplied. Video files can be submitted easily via an MP4 file or a download link, such as through YouTube, Vimeo, or WeTransfer. If you already have a script available, we will gladly incorporate it into the workflow at an adjusted rate. For videos of up to 30 minutes in length, the average turnaround time is between 5 and 10 business days. Expedited delivery within 24 to 72 hours is available for videos of up to 15 minutes, depending on current scheduling and availability. For legal, medical, or technical content, an additional fee may apply due to the higher level of accuracy required and additional quality assurance checks included in the review process.
